Our experience on the Brilliant Lady was amazing. It’s hard to think we will want to ever cruise on another ship. The adults only vibe was amazing and it felt like we had the ship to ourselves even though we were traveling with about 2k other people. We never felt rushed, interrupted, frustrated while on the cruise

We had an incredible cruise! We were incredibly grateful to everyone who took care of us. We truly received the Rockstar treatment. The food and shows were superb, and the staff in our stateroom was amazing. Overall, it was a fantastic cruise!

Exceptional. Sharon was always available to answer questions and took time to make sure our group was kept apprised of cruise details. We were all regularly informed of actions needed to take to ensure we didn't miss shows, activities and dinners. Her experience in cruising was apparent and helped to make sailing easy and fun! We enjoyed working with her and thank herso much for her time and effort in making it a wonderful vacation.

Best restaurants!

The Brilliant Lady was an absolutely beautiful ship. It was at full capacity but never felt crowded. However, it was not easy to get into shows or restaurants, so there is room for improvement in that area. There are 6 restaurants that are included and each provided a unique ethnic experience as well as casual places to eat. Food was outstanding. People on board gave mixed reviews on the shows, but the 2 comedians were great. It was a much younger crowd than typical on cruise ships, 40-50 average age.

As usual Virgin provided a lovely ship and a good time. Love the updates in the roundabout and the better chairs at the Dock! We've been sailing Virgin for a few years and they've come a long way in that time. Most notable for us was how well they handled the unexpected. When our ship was unable to make a port due to unsafe sea conditions that day, they pivoted pretty quickly to a sea day on board, adding activities etc. Then, by the next day we learned that we were going to get an extra day at our next port. They had excursions lined up ready for booking, and it was all very smoothly handled. Finally, leaving Boston and heading south we had to navigate a large nor'easter that made for some rough seas. But the ship and crew handled it really well! We were warned well in advance that conditions might be rough and for what time period, and advised where on board to seek assistance if we became ill. Overall, a great voyage and crew aboard Brilliant Lady!

Multi-generational fall foliage cruise

Our first time sailing on Virgin Voyages’ Brilliant Lady was absolutely fantastic. We took a 10-day fall foliage cruise out of NYC and loved every aspect of the experience. The food was hands down the best we’ve ever had on any cruise line, and the bartenders and staff were truly top-notch! Superfriendly, attentive, and professional. An unforgettable cruise from start to finish.
