We loved that it was adult only and everyone was so kind and available to help at all times.

Not a single bad meal on this ship! Love the changes they’ve made to how they cruise. My family and I definitely want to go again. We also loved that the workout classes were free. We definitely want the blankets that are provided in the cabins.

First adults only cruise and I have to say it was very enjoyable traveling with a large group on this type of ship. The staff catered to your every need and always went above and beyond.

This cruise line is very new and extremely different than any other cruise line we have been on. I would recommend Virgin to a younger demographic.

This ship is different. That is why we LOVED it! Virgin Voyages has nailed luxury for ordinary people. Everything was thought out. The staff was invisible in a good way, and available when you wanted them to be. The food was the BEST at sea. We will be back! Oh, and where can you get a tattoo in the middle of the ocean??? A forever souvenir.

Virgin Voyages has definitely created a new and unique way to cruise. It’s a great adult getaway away from the kiddos! I would definitely recommend the Rock Star Suites. We were lucky to have a wonderful Rock Star Agent at our beckon call - the fabulous Selma! She always made sure we always had anything we needed. The dining options are incredible. Top Two for our group was The Wake (seafood tower was amazing) and Gunbae. Our least favorite was The Test Kitchen. A trip the the Galley (the high end “food court”) was needed after that meal! If you’re intimidated by the age groups - don’t be! You can party all night in the Manor or relax in Sip. There’s definitely something for everyone. Our group has already booked another cruise for 2023!

LOVED this cruise! It was our 1st cruise and we were a little unsure of what to expect but it was fantastic! Every single restaurant was 5* (would highly recommend the test kitchen for dinner and the Wake for brunch), the entertainment was better than your average and everything from the coffee shop to the dock for snacks in the afternoon, was perfect. The pool is an adequate size and if you want something a little more chill, there are plenty of loungers on every deck. The perfect cruise for late 20s to 40s. We'll be back!

We had an amazing time - from the food, to the entertainment, to the happenings cast, to our Rock star agent, it was a perfect vacation. Dreaming about when we can go again!

We had a restful and relaxing time on the scarlet lady. The music was good. The food was fabulous! The service was outstanding! But the only good entertainment was the musicians and the dual reality show. The other shows were very disappointing. It was nice to cruise with no children in the summer. The shore excursions seemed limited. The state rooms were nice but the bathroom could be a little larger.

This is by and far the best cruise line I have been on, for context, I have been on all major cruise line and most smaller ones. I have sailed on over 80 cruises, so I can safely say I know what I am talking about. It was my first cruise with them and the first thing I noticed was no photographers, none in the terminal or on the deck. Then I noticed that nobody was chasing me around with a tray of drinks, trying to get me to try the drink of the day. I can guarantee that you will never have a “life boat” drill like theirs!! I saved the best for last, No Kids!! They not only have no kids but they have a hilarious film on the tv with kids singing about that fact!! You will never view cruising the same after a voyage on Virgin. BTW, there is a tattoo parlor on board!

It was absolutely awesome! Really diverse and eclectic guests. The Rock Star experience was perfect for me. I truly appreciated the crew support throughout the trip, the easiness for boarding, and the special lounge area. The room was comfortable and clean. The food was amazing!

I enjoyed the trip in general. I would not recommend it to someone traveling alone like me unless you really like being alone. I was not able to book any shows as they were all sold out by the time I got onboard. So, I had a lot of time on my hands. I spent a lot of it enjoying the spaces on the ship. My room and balcony were very nice as were the public spaces onboard. The crew was friendly and helpful. The shore excursions were a lot of fun and I met nice people. There was an active night life available, but I did not participate in that either. Those that did seemed to enjoy the party atmosphere. I enjoyed the calm sea and the quiet of my cabin balcony.

It was awesome I totally enjoyed myself from the time I got on the ship until the time I got off never a dull moment that is what you want on a cruise I rate it one of the best cruise's I have ever been on.

Great opportunity to cruise without children!

Scarlet Lady is a great value for a long weekend getaway. The five-day sailings are perfect for a last-minute sailing. There is so much to do onboard, plus sixteen + places to eat with such unique dining experiences. the ship is really beautiful and one of kind from a brand experience. Lastly, the entertainment onboard is top notch.

Overall, a really great trip and perfect for what I was looking for. Good food, entertainment, and accommodations – and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Fabulous cruise! Food was amazing, loads of fantastic workout options, and had great events/activities on the ship. So many places to hang out either with a crowd or by yourself. Definitely an energetic vibe - don't miss the bingo - it does not disappoint!! Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

From boarding day to disembarkation day Virgin is the best experience. Tons of fun and great entertainment onboard plus the best crew services. They says; "Once you go Virgin you don't come back!" and is true.

We will not be traveling with Virgin voyages again. Extremely disappointed with the service in the bar areas and of being charged for coffee and no room service without a surcharge. The pool was unpleasantly cloudy and the sound level of the music got extremely annoying in increments from 10 o’clock till 2 o’clock in the afternoon when we couldn’t possibly stay in the same area. The galley left a lot to be desired food wise except for breakfast which was very good and there was a salad bar at lunchtime. The app, for finding us on the ship never worked, and we had to delete the app and upload it several several times during our cruise. Spent a lot of money at the casino, but we were never given complementary drinks which is highly unusual compared to the eight other cruises (different lines) that we’ve enjoyed in the past. When we were in Port, there was limited service to those of us who stayed on the ship. The public spaces were numerous and pleasant,

The Scarlet Lady was amazing! This was our second time on Virgin and since we had a longer trip it was great to experience all the ship had to offer. Our favorite were the greek bites at the Dockside and the Love show was amazing! We also loved all of the restaraunts and of course the staff were amazing, everyone was so friendly and genuinely seemed happy to work for Virgin.

Great time lots of etertainment

I recently had the pleasure of embarking on journey aboard the Scarlett Lady cruise ship, and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional customer service I experienced throughout my voyage. The dedication and attentiveness of the staff on the Scarlett Lady were truly remarkable. From the friendly smiles and warm greetings at every turn to the genuine interest in making my experience as enjoyable as possible, the level of customer service exceeded my expectations at every encounter. The dining experience on board the Scarlett Lady was nice, and the customer service in the restaurants and bars was exceptional. The waitstaff were attentive, friendly, and highly knowledgeable about the menu offerings. They were quick to accommodate any dietary preferences or special requests, and their recommendations were always spot on.

Virgin is a different experience. Love the table service in the "cafeteria", room was awesome, service was spectacular, lots of restaurant options.

Fantastic time without life stressors

I love sailing with Virgin Voyages as they have a more modern approach to cruising. The attire is casual all the time and it is a very comfortable atmosphere.

The atmosphere was great, food was amazing, and the staff went the extra mile for everyone.

Nothing compared to any cruise we've ever taken. Restaurants a complete nightmare to get into, apps almost always down. Under staffed at all bars & at the very small pool. Customer service a 2 out of 10. Everything seemed quite unorganized. The only place to eat without a reservation which you still never got into anywhere close to your time had very little selection & any MCL Cafeteria would have put it to shame. Left $$ on our pre pd bar tab due to lack of service....actually in all areas of the ship. Will never sail Virgin again or recommend.

If you enjoy a relaxed, fun time-this is the ship for you! Activities are boundless, food is outstanding and the staff is super friendly. Also a huge hats off to the cleanliness of the ship. Look forward to our next cruise!

Like they said; once you go Virgin you don't come back, It was our fifth cruise with Virgin and we believe that we will continue using them for all our future vacations. We already gave the deposit for the next one! An exquisite line with the best services.

Was hesitant to book at first, I thought maybe we were too old, or cruise was all swingers.... LOL After doing the research and reading and watching many reviews, we decided to book. We are very happy we did! So nice to not have kids running around everywhere, messing with elevators and making ice cream messes everywhere! This was our 29th cruise and our first with Virgin. Having sailed mostly Carnival and some NCL as well as Royal, this was by far our best experience to date! We did not miss all the photographers or the constant announcements hawking the next event or gold by the inch sale. No main dining rooms is a great idea, it's like having 6-7 specialty restaurants and not having to pay extra for the privilege of great food. Glad to see no cost room service options again, hint order 1 pay item i.e. beer, and no delivery fee! Drink package? what drink package? Don't need to waste your money on packages that only make you want to drink more to get the best bang for your buck.

Virgin Voyages exceeded my expectations with a diverse range of activities catering to various adult ages. The culinary experience was delightful, offering delicious and diverse food options. What stood out was the abundance of healthy choices, both in cuisine and activities, making it an ideal cruise for wellness-minded travelers.

This was our first trip with Virgin Voyages and we will do it again. Food and service was uniformly very good, and a few meals rivaled the best we have had. The ship has a very energetic vibe with multiple fun things going on throughout the day and night. Most of the entertainment was pretty good and a couple of the entertainers were outstanding. If you go to one of the entertainment venues, and it isn't to your liking, there are always other options going on at the same time.

Outstanding! A beautiful ship, interesting entertainment and great food. Maybe not for everyone, but a more engaging adult experience than more staid high end vessels.

The scarlet Lady is amazing. The customer service is incredible. Everything runs so smoothly and everyone is so nice! The food is amazing. We never had a bad meal. There are a lot of excursions to choose from at the ports. You will never be bored!

The cruise was amazing. The food was amazing. The drinks were strong. The only complaint I have is not enough pools, or Jacuzzis, for the amount of people that was on the ship.

Been on cruises before and VV Scarlet Lady did not disappointment. No real buffets, food was really good, stylist furnishings around the ship, great coffee bars, drinks reasonably priced, trivia amazing, shows. Rooms were slightly larger than other ships, the shower was great (water pressure from rain showerhead and more space). Overall a really nice ship and lots to do. Oh, and no kids! If I were to take another cruise I would look to VV.

We had a wonderful time aboard the Scarlet Lady! It is a very modern ship with lots of delicious restaurants to choose from (Korean BBQ was our favorite I think) and cool themed bars in which to hang out. When we wanted quiet time, we often chose to relax on our balcony--fell in love with the Virgin hammocks! Staff was super friendly and responsive, and we really liked the diversity among the passengers. Met so many nice and interesting people! Highly recommend taking a Virgin cruise for some fun and relaxation!

Food very good. Cabin bigger than many others. Did not care for using the tablet. Did not go to shows.

The cruise was really fun. The ship had a lot of areas to explore. There were multiple lounge/bar areas with different vibes. We played shuffleboard one night. Nice gym and outdoor track. Party with red theme one night by the pool was fun. Lots of food options and everything we ate was excellent, best food I've had from the various cruise lines I've been on before.

Virgin is like all cruise lines: you get out of it what you put into it. Want to have a chill time, enjoying phenomenal cuisines, first class accommodations, impeccable service, quiet corners for relaxation? You’ve got that. Want late night parties and wild entertainment? That’s there, too. Want loud, out of control children? Sorry, you’ll have to look elsewhere. Loud, out of control adults? I only saw those on other cruise lines!

I love the Virgin cruises. This was my third on Virgin and my second time doing this particular cruise. It’s a beautiful ship with lots of fun things to do, great food to eat, and friendly service from everyone.

Scarlett Lady offers so much . . . Many dining alternatives - all included. Service was uniformly good with the staff continually trying to please. The many entertainment offerings were great...and especially appreciated since this was an Atlantic crossing with 8 consecutive sea days.

Classic VV experience, priorities on the food (less so on the shows). Well designed ship that didn't feel to crowded despite almost being at max capacity.

Restaurants were great, entertainment was great! Ship was spotless. We had a great time.

This ship was incredible. All adults. Kind people as guests who were open and funny to talk to. The staff was miraculous. Hard working men and women from around the world. Food was exceptional. The Korean BBQ, the Wake, the Pink Agave and the Sip Bar were among our favorites. Great variety of food and lots of vegan and GF options. The stopovers were in great locations and we were not disappointed by any excursions. Priority Boarding is a MUST. The logistics of embarkation and disembarking were smooth and well organized. Highly recommend this cruise line.

We loved our cruise on the Scarlet Lady from embarkation to debarkation. The ship was beautiful. The food was amazing. We liked all of the restaurants we reserved and the galley was super convenient with a big selection. Our ports were fun and the excursions were fantastic. Highly recommend.

Food stood out - Excellent! Loved that almost everything was included.

Overall it was a pretty good trip. The signage could be better but the crew was attentive and friendly. The restaurants were mostly very good and the public areas were very nice and well maintained.

No one looking for tips just great service

While this was our second time on the Scarlet Lady, we were a tad disappointed that the entertainment was a little lacking and once again booking meals did not improve much.

Love Virgin and the Scarlet Lady was a great ship! They are always doing small tweaks to their offerings and programs and it's lovely to see the continual improvement. New menu offerings and experiences this time were fabulous!

We had so much fun we are still recovering a week later!!! I couldn’t have asked for an anything better. I wish the other ships had different restaurants and parties because we love Vv

The Virgin Voyage was great. It was our first time cruising on Virgin and it was a good experience. Being a Mega rockstar really made our time special. Our rockstar agent was amazing and checked in on us every day. The only negative we had was the Rome excursion. It was poorly planned and very unorganized.

This was our first cruise with VV and it was amazing!!! Everyone was so nice and the food was great!!! We loved the calmness of Richard’s Rooftop and the flexible food options throughout the ship!! Our suite was wonderful and the hammock was our favorite!! Getting on and off the ship at the various ports was easy and well organized! Will definitely be taking a VV cruise again!

Lucky Lotus was a fresh change, and the galley coffee bar was terrifically improved beyond past sailings. Amazing renovations, but still showing some age. I can’t even guess how many glasses of red wine and champagne spilled in the room for stains like that. Crew was absolutely incredible and the happenings cast was one of the best ever!

Very enjoyable. My wife and I especially enjoyed the specialty restaurants. The ship's phone app was very helpful, once I got the hang of it.

This was our second cruise on the Scarlet Lady. Everything about the ship is focused on your comfort and entertainment. So many options for everything from food to drinks to entertainment to hang out locations. We loved it so much we are planning cruise number 3!

Scarlet Lady was such a great experience. The ship feels modern, fun, and really well thought out, with tons of dining options and entertainment that never felt over the top. We did have some service issues in one of the restaurants on our first night, but after we submitted feedback through the Virgin app, the head manager actually found us at dinner the next night and made sure we were taken care of. That level of follow‑through really stood out. Overall, the vibe was relaxed, the food was excellent, and the whole experience felt polished and easy. I’d definitely sail again.

The crew great. The food so so, not a lot of options. Restaurant not good at all, the food taste like it was prepared in advance and warmed up.

This was my first time on a cruise. I enjoyed it, but also decided that I probably wouldn't do it again through Virgin. I wanted more outside space to lounge and was disappointed that we couldn't go ashore more than we did. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing however, and the live bands were my favorite entertainment - they were really good! Virgin has been very difficult to work with from an administrative standpoint however. The app doesn't always work well, and it has been difficult to get reimbursements I am owed.
