Enchantment of the Seas is a beautiful ship, and a real upgrade to the 3/4 day Bahamas cruising experience.

Chops Grill was outstanding, food and service. The dining room and winjammer grill food was mediocre. The service however was outstanding. We would still take another cruise on the Enchantment. Michael and all the service was excellent. The Spa service is very experince compared to great places and major hotels in Fl.

A lot to do on the ship! It was awesome! Casino should be non smoking though!! The magic show was great! About 25 of my family and friends went - that was so great for a reunion ... we want to do it again! I would do longer than 3 days! But it's also great for a long weekend :-)

My last cruise was on the Enchantment of the Seas, which was an upgrade from the Monarc of the Seas by having Balcony Rooms. The crew was very nice. The waitstaff was excellent. If I have to recommend a ship my choice would be the Jewel of the Seas or the Brilliance of the Seas.

We generally had an excellent cruise on this Royal Caribbean ship, but it was largely due to the family company sailing with us. It's the first experience we've had with Royal Caribbean, and we do recommend it. But we will check out some additional cruise lines for any possible future cruises.

The overall cruise was ok, the state rooms were really smelly for some reason. Bruto was the best! He was personable and kept everything in place. He made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I was extremely pleased w/the customer service and everyone was so hospitable. I was not satisfied w/the event planning. There was only 1 event at a time which was not fun b/c 1 event ended before the next could start and they all ended what seemed to be really early. I felt like I was given a bed time b/c nothing was really going on by 12am. I do not think I was satisfied with this cruise.

The trip, five day four nights, was great with the exception of the rainy weather. The trip was scheduled to sail for the Bahamas and Coco Cay but the cruise line had other plans. We arrived and docked in the Bahamas and were told that the ship would remain in port for the purpose of cleaning the engine; we never made the trip to Coco Cay. Had I know that Royal Caribbean had planned to change their itinerary and remain in port; I would have scheduled a different trip at a different time. I feel that this inconvenience rest solely on the shoulders of Royal Caribbean and may cause me to look for other cruise lines in the future.

Although our trip was wonderful, Enchantment has seen better days. It is old ship and it shows. Suite has furniture and carpet stains, rust on balcony etc. Would recommend this ship only for a very fair/low price.

Enchantment of the Seas Cruise: Sail date December 4-7, 2015, myself and daughter went on the cruise as a gift from my husband for our birthdays. When you think of cruising there are a couple of things that come to mind great food, and great customer service which in both areas was a total disappointment on this cruise. I have been on cruises before and had great experiences and not so great experiences but I would have to say this cruise was the worst to date. Let me start off by saying that food was terrible the entire time. We waited on average 40 to 50 minutes for our food regardless of whether or not we ate in the main dining area or chose to eat at the restaurant. Every time our food was cold and not to any standards you would want to consider edible. We changed our meals several times thinking that maybe it was just what we ordered and to no avail every meal was the same. Extensive review cut short due to character limitations

This ship provided us with some great relaxation. The services provided by the staff were mostly great. Our experience at Chops Restaurant was very pleasant and the food was exceptional. The ship needs a little updating of the cabin furniture. Hopefully the upgrade will be accomplished before they make the move to Ft Lauderdale.

Since we had booked a 4 day cruise, my expectations regarding service, food and accommodations weren't as high as for a 7 day or longer cruise. I was pleasantly surprised that the food was as good as or better than on other RCCL ships, and the service and accommodations were on a par with other cruises we have taken. We had a great time.

We went on a family cruise with 15 people! For some of our family members this was their first cruise! Our grandsons really enjoyed every moment on the cruise. They participated in just about every activity that they could! The only disappointment was that we couldn’t tender into one of our stops due to the wind. We know that was beyond anybody’s control! Also the boys couldn’t do the rock climb on the ship due to the wind. But they had fun anyway with swimming and all the other activities!

This was the first cruise our family took. It was a really great experience from beginning to start. I am glad we upgraded to the Junior Suite and the Premium cabin with balcony. Made a world of difference. The ship is a bit old and outdated. Definitely needs a face lift. The shows and activities on the ship were wonderful. The staff is outstanding. Everyone was so helpful and incredible service. It's all about the customer experience. Highly recommend using the seated meals because the buffet meals are like a war zone. I have never seen so many people fight to find a table and gather food! most Shore excursions are a waste of time except the Parasailing which was terrific. Drink packages - don't do it. Meals include non-alcoholic beverages anyway and if you get off the ship during the day then there is no way you will max the drink package. I highly recommend just going ad-hoc with both non-alcoholic and alcoholic. All in all a really good experience and very well organized.

We had a fabulous time on this ship! So much to see and do during our 5 day 4 night vacation. The hosts/hostesses were amazing as well as all of the other staff. A smaller ship which allowed us to explore every part without missing anything. Only disappointment, very limited time for bj her trampoline and rick wall. It was rarely open.
