We had a most enjoyable vacation on your ship. We had a suite for our accommodations and it was stunning. It was so relaxing, too. We used the Coastal Kitchen alot and thought that all the meals were delicious with many excellent choices on the menu. Also, the staff there was professional and very friendly. We also dined at the Main dinning room, the Windjammer and the Wonderland. We had good experience s at all of the restaurants. We liked all the ports and we used 4 days of the ships excursions and found each one interesting and professional done. All in all a great experience. Thank you!

Harmony of the Sea is just that, a great combination of delicious food, wonderful service and outstanding shows. It was our first cruise but will not be our last. We are now spoiled with Royal Caribbean. Don't miss the Bionic Bar, Wonderland Restaurant or Silent Dance Party. There is so much to do! Just relaxing on deck or on our ocean view balcony was wonderful too.

Fun Ship

The ship was amazing....We loved it so much that we booked for next Holiday season. All the activities were so much fun. Shows excellent as were the specialty restaurants. The only negative thing is in the food in dining room. We went only 3 nights since my boys love to eat in the dining room. My husband and one of my boys had a balcony room which was perfect for us. We have been on many Royal Ships and this one was a little bigger than the normal rooms. My mom and my other son was in a Junior Suite which was a nice size. Embarkation and Disembarkation both were very smooth. No lines which was amazing since the boat was at capacity. Would definitely recommend this boat in a heartbeat!!

The food was delicious! My sister-in-law and cousin, who were traveling with me, have sailed on RC many times; they are sooo set in their ways and don't like to do anything different or new, so aside from meals (on their terms) and the evening entertainment, I was on my own! I loved my room, on the front of the ship, over the helicopter pad, and the exercise I received getting there. My room man, Dion, was helpful and responsive to any requests that I had; my room was always very clean with clean supplies at all times. I loved the shower- I felt like I was in a space capsule!

Had a wonderful time. Tried 12 of the restaurants available and loved Wonderland and 150 Park where we had a birthday celebration with our Virtuoso gift. The shows were terrific- Grease, the comedy show, the Ice Show and diving shows were the best. Our balcony cabin was large and comfortable on the 14th floor with a great overhang that gave us shade. Lots to do and see on board, especially for families with children. Tours ashore were fabulous- a Falmouth, Jamaica High Tea at a Plantation and Salsa making in Cozumel that was lots of fun with Strawberry Marguerites and dancing too.

The ship was very large. Probably best suited for families. Many areas we didn't use- flow rider, zip line, rock climbing wall, Massive slide etc. The food in main dining room was very good. No omelettes (made to order ) at breakfast buffet. But lots of high fat foods-doughnuts, pastries etc. Entertainment was disappointing. Shows cancelled due to technical difficulties. Rebooked later at an inconvenient time! Staff at internet were disinterested in our needs. Yes we get it. You know more about technology than older people but do you have to be so rude. I have found this on most ships and lines.

Harmony of the Seas, spring break 2017

By: Nita

Reviewed on: 25 Mar 2017

ALL personnel were absolutely wonderful. They were polite, efficient and kind to everyone. The elevators could get rather crowded as the entire ship was sold out and 1/5 of the passengers were children (it was spring break, after all). Since it is a newer ship, everything was pristine. We enjoyed most of the shows, although the headliner show was very disappointing and I hope they don't book that entertainer again. We loved the state of the art touches: wrist bands to wear instead of using key cards; kiosoks around that one could purchase shore trips or log onto the internet. Being a suite guest we had free internet for all of us in the cabin plus the benefit of an absolutely incredible concierge lounge and dining area.

Harmony the Best!

By: Dave

Reviewed on: 05 Jun 2017

We LOVED Harmony! It is the best designed ship we have ever sailed! The cabins are so well designed they seemed much larger than any we have ever had- beautiful, functional and relaxing. Harmony may be the biggest ship afloat- its many, many great features and activities are testament to all it has to offer. However it is so well designed it never FEELS huge. Instead it feels like a series of beautiful, embracing uncrowded neighborhoods. AND if you stay on ship when it is in port you have the entire ship all to yourselves. Couple that with an outstanding staff and Harmony is not a huge ship- it is a world class, 5 star floating resort catering to your every wish!

We had a beautiful suite as recommended by our travel agent. She had everything planned for us as we request. The specialty restaurants we tried, Chops and 150 Central Park, were very good. The entertainment was very good. A member of our group became quite ill and I was impressed by the medical staff and her treatment on board. WE felt there could be more activities offered that were not for the purpose of purchasing items. Someone always seemed to be hawking something.

Not Our Cup of Tea

By: Mike

Reviewed on: 04 Dec 2017

The ship has a 6,500 passenger capacity and had over 6,450 on our cruise . There is enough space on it's 17 decks that we rarely felt crowded and it had sufficient elevators running to accommodate most of the time. The deck plan is chopped up (e.g. the forward elevators were the only way to access the gym/spa. This ship caters to a young clientele with many great activities and entertainment for children, teens, and young adults. Upbeat music blares almost non-stop from the PA system so noise is hard to get away from. We couldn't find a lounge for a quiet drink and conversation before dinner. We finally settled on the Schooner Bar. Unfortunately, they ran team trivia contests during the hour before the first dinner seating that took up most of the seats, which made gathering our family of 11 difficult, and created so much noise one couldn't hear the person next to you. It would greatly improve the experience if they had at least one lounge like Holland America's Crows Nest.

Too many children and strollers mixed with old farts in electric scooters, we could never get on an elevator or watched it open and close because the strollers and scooters blocked the door and they were too slow or stupid to get in. Too many floors for many passengers, they were perpetually lost trying to get in and out of elevators to find their way. Specialty restaurants not that special and not worth paying extra money. Baggage handlers screwed up our luggage getting off the ship, cost us 45 minutes and wasted our traveling partners time who all had to wait because our bag was lost. Fees for internet were ridiculous and not a single channel on the TV that ever mentioned the Stock Market. Stocks are going crazy with big volatility but with no TV or internet we could not trade or follow our stocks.

I've been on 17 cruises and RCI has been 9 of them. I'm very comfortable sailing with my husband, family, friends or solo on RCI. I enjoy the large ships because there is so much to do and I've been to the Caribbean many times so I enjoy staying onboard, except for Labadee. It's a gorgeous ship, decorations, the colors are all pleasing to the eye, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. For the first time, we had a Sky crown loft cabin, 1746, handicap accessible (it had an elevator to access the loft area). It was magnificent. The only comment I had on the master bedroom - you lose your night stands if you need to convert the king size bed into 2 twins. I had to use my suitcases as a night stand for my CPAP machine (my husband isn't fond of heights and with a glass wall/railing separating the bed from the downstairs open area). My other complaint was the technical problems the ship had, and told its almost every cruise. Grease was the only show we saw, excellent.
