Great Adventure

Uncruise delivered all the brochures promised. Sailing from Juneau we entered the grandeur of wild Alaska; whales, eagles, glaciers, sea lions, sea otters, harbor porpoise, puffins and so many more birds. Our cabin was comfortable. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and fun to be with. Meals on board were excellent with a chef who was able to accommodate a variety of dietary needs, be it vegan, vegetarian, allegers or personal preference . Excursions, from skiff riding to kayaking to snorkeling, were fun to exciting and well organized. Travelers who are looking for an up close and personal experience with Alaska this is a great opportunity.

Best way to cruise

This is the only way to cruise Alaska. The boat was small enough to quickly move to the best spots. The crew was way better that expected. With 0nly 60 passengers and a crew of 27,service was perfect and the food outstanding, every meal. Great choice of activities everyday. Kayaking, hiking in the woods or along the shore, skiff riding for sightseeing, snorkling, even the polar plunge into Glacier Bay. We saw more whales, orcas, sea lions, seals, otters, eagles, and many more. than expected. All passengers bonded and made a fun group. Captain Shep and his crew make you feel like family.

We had a very fun trip. Everything was just what Michelle Cowell had explained so we knew what to expect! The ship is clean the food is really good! But mostly it's the crew!! So nice and informative! We are signed up for another cruise with them.

ultimate service

Uncruise provided an amazing experience! I've never been on a cruise before and definitely did not want to be on a mammoth cruise ship. The group (35 passengers plus crew) was a great size, as we got to know people over the course of the trip. The crew is so committed to ensuring that everyone had a great time and they were flexible, depending on what nature provided and the individual needs of passengers. They really went above and beyond! Service was incredible and the staff were so positive and lovely to work with! Even before we left port, Dan, the owner of the company, took us for a walking tour around Juneau. The food was incredible, the activities were fantastic, Alaska was awe-inspiring, and the people (both passengers and staff) were wonderful! We are planning another trip with Uncruise and would definitely recommend this company.

The trip was great and exceeded all of our expectations. The crew was very friendly, knowledgeable and constantly stressing safety and welfare of the passengers. The Wilderness Adventurer was the perfect sized boat for us. We enjoyed all of the activities that were available and the ability of the crew to get the passengers involved. We enjoyed the "homey" feel of the boat - good interaction between the crew and the passengers. We had the opportunity to meet many new friends from various countries and throughout the US.
