WHICHAWAY Camp
Whichaway is located on a rare rocky outcrop on the Schirmacher Oasis. It is surrounded by frozen lakes and a huge ice fall at the edge of a glacier. This location therefore allows some focus on our Ice Tunnels, Ice Waves and Blue River as well as a crystal cave network. It is ideal for a traveller looking to do more leisurely activities while still exploring some incredible sights. Whichaway is designed with rich interiors that conjure up images of Antarctica’s old-world heritage of exploration - luxurious leather and faux fur create an elegantly warm environment perfect for recalling the day’s adventure. During your stay at Whichaway guests can enjoy a sauna with views of the glacier.
ECHO Camp
Towards the interior of the continent, Echo is surrounded by some of the most impressive Nunatak mountain ranges on the planet. Set on a massive glacier, the expansive views in the area are unrivaled. The terrain feels like visiting a galaxy far far away. This location lends itself to some more adventurous activities including Ice Climbing, Mountain Climbing, Abseiling etc. Echo’s ‘Sky Pods’ are futuristic and luxurious, the six bedrooms are created from composite fibreglass with floor to ceiling windows allowing guests to soak in the moon-like landscape beyond.
