Having lived in various vibrant cities across the United States—from the misty streets of Seattle to the sun-kissed shores of San Diego, and everywhere in between—I've cultivated a deep appreciation for the unique tapestry of landscapes, lifestyles, and flavors our world has to offer.

My journey into the wellness realm led me to the serene landscapes of India, where I completed my 200-hour Yoga teacher training—a transformative experience that continues to infuse my approach to travel with mindfulness, balance, and a deep connection to the present moment.

In my previous career as an apparel designer, my work trips took me around the globe, from the chic streets of Europe to the bustling markets of China, Japan, and Korea, and to the pulsating heart of the fashion industry in the big fashion capitals.
