My original background is a classically trained chef, hence my interest in food, wine, history and culture. I have traveled extensively as a travel advisor to many countries with this in mind always trying the different cuisines; taking cooking classes in Italy; opening a restaurant in London; working with the youngest Chef at Commanders Palace in New Orleans; even drinking the Maasai Milk Blood while on Safari.
I learned the fine art of customer service skills spending 10 years with Home Depot as a Sales specialist and Store Manager in 4 different locations in Florida.
