Back in 1978, I decided I didn't want to continue to be a stay at home mom, so I decided to pursue something I always had an interest in - travel. My husband & I had done a lot of traveling before & after we had our children. I met someone who wanted to open a travel agency & I welcomed the opportunity to be a partner. After owning my own agency for several years, I joined Virtuoso in 1995. I then sold my agency (including my 23 employees) to Protravel in 2001.
