I believe service and knowledge are the two most important attributes an agent must have for a successful vacation planning experience. Therefore, I incorporate my experience and knowledge and hand select each component of every trip I create / design. It is very important to have lots of dialogue with the clients so as to be sure everyone traveling has something incorporated into the itinerary.. Traveling with families is especially important to know what to have included for the kids, grandparents, and even the nannies. This will make for a fabulous and memorable travel experience.
