Kristen Fernandez began her career on Wall Street after earning a Finance degree from Babson College. In 2009, she transitioned to a more entrepreneurial path that aligned with her passion for travel. With strong support from the Westchester County community, Kristen and her husband Juan founded Elli Travel Group in a storefront in Larchmont, NY. Over a decade later, Elli Travel has grown into a top-producing luxury agency with more than 55 advisors across 10 states.

Kristen and Juan believe that exceptional service starts with a deep understanding of the entire travel planning process. Their insights into the evolving needs of luxury travelers—combined with longstanding global relationships—continue to shape and elevate Elli Travel’s offerings. In addition to supporting a loyal client base, they’ve cultivated a team of like-minded advisors who are consistently recognized as top industry producers. The agency’s growth has been largely driven by referrals from the kind, loyal clients they’re proud to serve.

Kristen and Elli Travel have been featured in Condé Nast Traveler, Forbes.com, Travel Weekly, The New York Times, The Washington Post, and Westchester Magazine, as well as local TV and radio.

Kristen currently serves on the Park Hyatt Americas Strategic Partner Council and the Casa de Campo Advisory Board. She has previously contributed to Belmond's Maroma Opening Committee and Virtuoso’s Preview Advisory Board for the Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique.
