I have been in the travel industry in one way or another for over 40 years. I started out as a travel agent, was a front desk manager at a prestigious resort, worked for an airline for 12 years, and most recently was a travel counselor for American Express Platinum Travel, where I won their most exclusive honor (top 3%) three years in a row. My mother taught me customer service is always first, and I'm known for my thoroughness and attention to detail, as well as friendliness! I've been traveling around the world since I was 17, mostly solo, and even lived in Switzerland for a time. Travel is a passion with me and I have to travel - it's in my blood! I'd love to be able to create a wonderful travel experience for you!
