She is also a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and award-winning AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, working with individuals and couples worldwide, including executives, entrepreneurs, and CEO’s. Her work blends emotional wellness, nervous system regulation, intimacy education, and high-end experiential design. Before expanding further into the travel space, she spent more than a decade curating therapeutic retreats across destinations like St. Lucia, Turks & Caicos, Barbados, Bahamas, Miami, Martha’s Vineyard, and Washington, DC.
