I’ve been an avid traveler since I was a teenager. I fell in love with Paris at 15, graduated high school early to study there again at 17, and later spent a year in Aix-en-Provence. Before becoming a travel advisor I was an ER nurse, a role I loved because it gave me the chance to help people while still leaving space to keep exploring the world. Ten years ago, I met my Dutch husband on vacation in Cabarete, Dominican Republic, and since then we’ve returned to Europe at least twice a year, always adding a new destination before visiting friends and family. I’ve traveled extensively throughout the UK, France, Portugal, Switzerland, Italy, and the Netherlands, and farther afield to Hawaii, the Caribbean, Bali, Thailand, Vietnam, and Hong Kong. For years I was the one friends and family turned to for recommendations, until someone said, “You’re better than my travel advisor.” That was the beginning of my career in travel, and I still love creating thoughtful, beautiful trips that feel personal and unforgettable.
