With a background in biomedical engineering and over 30 years spanning research, development, holistic medicine, and integrative health, I bring a level of depth to travel curation that goes beyond beautiful hotels and bucket list destinations.

I'm also a 12-year yoga practitioner with a grounding in Vedic philosophy, which shapes how I think about restoration, longevity, and what it actually means to feel well.
