I have a great passion for travel, food and adventure. My professional background started in the hospitality industry in 2012, I am classically trained as a chef in both western culinary tradition (Culinary Institute of America, graduate 2015) and Japanese technique with 7 years as a Sushi chef, Having worked in New York, Boston and the Bay Area. I have travelled extensively in north and south America often on multi month excursions. I believe that travel and food are the gateways to better understanding other cultures and our selves.
