Before joining the industry, Caroline graduated from the University of Tennessee with degrees in Psychology and Spanish. She then spent two years traveling full-time across the United States as a Leadership Development Consultant for students on college campuses. This experience strengthened her adaptability, logistical expertise, and ability to build meaningful relationships; these skills now allow her to craft seamless, personalized itineraries for her clients.
