About Me
Your Time is Too Valuable to Waste on Research
You want to take a meaningful trip with the people you love. The moment you start looking, you have 50 open tabs, conflicting reviews, and no clear answer on where to begin. Planning starts to feel like a second job.
I take that process off your plate. I act as your personal guide and advocate so you can focus on the part that matters: being there.
The Difference a Real Person Makes
AI tools and booking sites can assemble an itinerary. Caring whether it actually works for you is a different job, and it is mine.
I came to this work from Hollywood film production, which is essentially logistics under pressure. A multi-generational trip across three countries has the same moving parts as a location shoot, and I treat it that way. The path from a tiny island ferry to a remote villa is mapped before you leave. If something changes on the ground, I am the one on the phone fixing it while you enjoy your lunch.
I verify the details you cannot see online. The Wi-Fi for your Monday morning meeting, the quiet of the hotel, the actual condition of the room you are paying for. I check those things personally.
Where possible, I work with local guides, family-run hotels, and ground operators who live in the community you are visiting. The experience is more authentic that way, and your spending supports the people whose home you are visiting. Travel should leave a place better than it found it.
Trips I Love to Plan
- Family vacations. Planning for a group is a massive task. My goal is to make you the hero of the family without having to do the work yourself. I build the trip so the adults get real downtime while the kids have something to do that does not require constant supervision. I handle the friction so you can be part of the group instead of the one managing it.
- Couples trips. Honeymoons, anniversaries, milestone birthdays, or a long-overdue reset after a hard year. These are the trips that get remembered. The pacing matters more than people realize. Too many couples come home from a beautiful trip exhausted because every day was scheduled to the brim. I plan the white space as carefully as the activities.
- Friends and private groups. Adult friend groups, multi-couple trips, milestone birthdays. Group dynamics are their own logistical problem, especially when budgets, dietary needs, and travel styles do not line up. I work that out in advance so the trip stays fun instead of becoming a coordination project.
Destinations I Specialize In
- The Mediterranean: Greece, Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Croatia
- Japan
- South America: Patagonia, Argentina, Chile
I also plan trips to Bali, French Polynesia, and other select destinations.
