As the Director of Navigate Hotel Club I work closely with both our members and hotel partners to help create thoughtful, personalized stays that feel seamless from start to finish. A large part of my role centers around relationship building, whether that’s collaborating directly with properties to craft standout experiences or helping match travelers with hotels that genuinely fit their style and priorities. I’m also involved in helping shape the next chapter of Navigate Hotel Club through partnership growth, brand development and marketing, and refining the member experience as we continue to expand.
