Melissa Nagelberg is the founder of MN Signature Escapes, based in Short Hills, New Jersey. She works with couples and families who want more than just a vacation—she creates thoughtfully curated journeys that balance luxury with meaning, from sun-soaked beach escapes to immersive itineraries across Europe, South America, Africa, and beyond.

Melissa first discovered how transformative travel could be while studying abroad in Rome, where she explored the city in depth and journeyed through much of Europe. Since then, her own travels have taken her around the globe with her husband and two boys—from hiking in Africa and South America, to living in London, to exploring Mexico and destinations across North America.

As both a traveler and a mom, Melissa understands how important it is to create itineraries that feel seamless, balanced, and personal. Whether it’s pacing a European adventure so kids have time for playground breaks, or designing a getaway that blends romance, downtime, and adventure for couples, Melissa ensures each trip reflects the people taking it.

At the heart of her work is connection: she loves getting to know her clients and tailoring each detail so that their journeys feel effortless, inspired, and unforgettable.
