Since I can remember, I dreamed of travelling the world. Growing up, my favorite thing was National Geographic and I was especially obsessed with Asian cultures. The first time I travelled overseas was on a trip to China when I was only 13-years-old.

A native of Louisiana, I grew up around great music, great food, and the rich culture of New Orleans. While studying at Louisiana State University, I attended a study abroad program in Xalapa, Mexico. Learning different languages has always been a great passion.

After graduating from LSU, I moved to South Korea to teach English. It was a great way to travel around Asia very easily. I traveled all over the country, to Japan, and spent a month in Bali. I absorbed the culture, learned the language, enjoyed the food, and made friends with other expats from all over the world.

After moving back to the States, I taught ESL at my alma mater, LSU. My students were studying abroad from different countries all over the world. Teaching ESL was a great passion of mine for a long time as it allowed me to meet people from all over the world, learn about their culture, language, food and traditions.

In 2016, I moved abroad again to teach in Shanghai. Again, it was an experience of a lifetime living among the people, learning the language, eating the food, exploring, and meeting expats from different countries. While there I travelled to other parts of China and Thailand.

Back in the U.S., I moved to New York to be close to some family that moved here. I met my now husband and we live in Long Island with our two young children. As a new mom, I was offered the opportunity to work remotely for a very dear friend from my hometown who also has a great passion for travel and has been in the industry for many years.

I started working with Chesney Davis at The Luxury Route in 2022 as a Luxury Travel Coordinator. Now a Booking Assistant, I have learned so much over these 3 years. I truly love helping to plan, organize, and curate trips for our clients. From a beach vacation in St. Lucia to the trip of a lifetime in South Africa, every trip is special and creates experiences that shape you, bring you joy, and make memories to take with you forever.
