Before launching Woolley Travel, Joe served as CEO of the Nashville LGBT Chamber and later led a successful consulting practice advising Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and private clients on strategy, inclusion, and high-impact communications. He’s been a trusted advisor to executives, celebrities, and changemakers — experience that now translates into curating elevated, bespoke travel experiences for those who expect the very best.

A seasoned traveler and lifelong planner, Joe has an eye for detail, a flair for hospitality, and a deep network of luxury partners worldwide.
