I began my career in the travel industry as a receptionist at a small, boutique travel agency—answering phones, managing calendars, and learning the ins and outs of client service. It was a front-row seat to the magic of travel planning and sparked a deep interest in the industry. Over the years, I took on more responsibility, moving into operations, then client management, and eventually into leadership roles.

Through persistence, a love for travel, and a deep understanding of what clients truly value, I rose through the ranks to become a Vice President at one of the largest travel agencies in the industry. In that role, I was responsible for the profitability in all leisure travel locations, overseeing teams across multiple regions and ensuring operational efficiency.

Eventually, I felt the pull to be part of something more—something more agile, more human-centered, and deeply connected to the evolving needs of modern advisors and travelers. Alongside a small group of trusted colleagues who shared that vision, NousTravel was founded—a new kind of travel agency built on insight, experience, and heart.
