Lillian Carlson

Lillie has had a passion for travel for as long as she can remember. As soon as she was old enough she spent summers abroad in Costa Rica, India, London, and Poland. While in college at the University of Virginia, Lillie studied on Semester at Sea, sailing through Asia and Africa. Although she has been settled down in New York City with her dog Frankie for the last six years, her passion for finding undiscovered gems has not faded. Some of Lillie’s favorite recent travel memories include snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef in Australia, driving an ATV through the Salt Mines of Peru, and seeking out the best croissants in Mexico City. Coming out of 4+ years at the Estee Lauder Companies, Lillie is thrilled to begin her formal chapter as a travel advisor. She is eager to bring her acute attention to detail and fresh perspective to ensure each client has a unique experience. When she is not traveling, Lillie can be found walking Frankie, needlepointing, reading, or making inspiration lists for her next adventure.

Kelsey Carlson

Kelsey’s enthusiasm for travel began in high school, with inspiring trips to Paris and Barcelona. She went on to play soccer at the University of Virginia, where she also had the opportunity to study abroad in Ireland - fueling her curiosity for the world. After honeymooning in the Maldives and a spontaneous stop in Sri Lanka, a career in travel felt like a natural next step. Kelsey's most memorable travel experiences include spotting baby leopards in the Sabi Sands, tuk-tuking through Sri Lanka, skiing the Swiss and Austrian Alps, and biking around the fjords - and she has a passion for uncovering hidden gems along the way. Before travel, Kelsey worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce and the National Security Council, and in political consulting - which sharpened the resourcefulness and attention to detail she now brings to every itinerary. Kelsey resides in Washington D.C. with her husband, Buckley and their golden retriever, Karl. When she's not planning her family’s next trip, Kelsey’s interests include taking Karl to the park, hosting dinner parties, skiing, and reading.
