About Me
I'm a food scientist who loves falling down the travel research rabbit hole. I'll do everything in my power to avoid bad food and a bad bed on vacation. The best feeling is walking into a trendy, busy restaurant and being seated right away because *you have a reservation.*
I'm part travel advisor, part research scientist and part counselor. Tell me how you really feel about this vacation you're planning. I'm not afraid to look like the bad guy to ensure you get the trip you want, so think of me as your "Karen for good" type travel planner. I'm traveling most of the year, so you're not only getting advice based on my research, but advice based on my own-lived experiences. I travel solo 70% of the time, and I'm super passionate about helping other women feel confident and safe traveling solo, too. I love the intersection of high-low travel. I have a tendency to book a nice hotel then eat at a hole in the wall restaurant. Good is good — period. I know that a higher price does not always equate better quality, but will splurge when it's worth it. I love to plan travel around food and experiences. I'm not a big partier, and will always do an epic hike or spa day over an epic bar. I have two dogs that I love to travel with whenever I can. Ask me your dog-friendly travel questions! Lastly, you'll never catch me without my 5-step skincare routine and collagen facemasks for long-haul flights.
