Throughout my career of over 30 years on and off in the travel industry, I’ve worked in a variety of capacities, ranging from working for the airlines, hosting groups to travel consulting and management/ownership, with my specialty in cruises. My experience has taken me to numerous destinations, where I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique needs and expectations of diverse travelers. This hands-on experience has been complemented by roles in operations, sales, and customer service, all of which have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the complexities of the industry.

In addition to my fieldwork, I’ve also had periods of stepping away from the industry, during which I’ve gained valuable perspectives on other sectors and developed a broader skill set. However, my passion for travel has always called me back, and I’ve consistently found ways to contribute to and innovate within the sector.

Whether through curating travel experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, or managing client relations, my background in travel has equipped me with a versatile skill set and a deep passion for creating memorable experiences for travelers.
