I’ve always felt that travel opens your eyes to a whole new world, offering unique and new experiences in new places and the opportunity to connect with others. I had the opportunity to travel quite a bit with my family growing up. As a large family with very active schedules, travel provided some of our most meaningful memories together. One of my favorites and the trip that shaped my focus on travel was spending seven weeks traveling through Europe with my sister while in college. Starting in England and Ireland, we then worked our way throughout Europe by train. It was an adventure that allowed me to learn and navigate different cultures, take in so many beautiful places, and inspire me to want to see and experience more.

After college, I married my husband and worked in the commercial real estate world for several years. As our family grew, I had the opportunity to stay at home with my children and watch them grow. I developed a passion for volunteering and spent eight years on the Executive Board of two of our schools PTO in various roles such as fundraising, technology, President, and Secretary. I have loved sharing my passion for travel with my husband and introducing our children to the larger world. I believe it’s had a profound impact on my children in how they view the world and by building confidence and independence.

Today, I’m a Virtuoso travel advisor in Birmingham, Alabama. While I am still planning trips for myself and my family, my mission is to help others stay connected, grow closer, and explore new places together. I know how overwhelming it is to find time to sort through so many options and destinations with full work schedules and overloaded kids’ schedules. Let me take that burden off of you!
