With over 40 years of experience in travel agency services (exclusively with a Virtuoso Agency Member), I have developed a strong background in business travel, loyalty programs, meetings and incentives and over 30 years of management expertise specific to leisure travel. My career has encompassed responsibilities for growth, sales, service, operations and supplier/partner relationship management.

Prior to coming to Travel Experts, I served as Account Director, Member Relations at Virtuoso, where I was responsible for servicing and managing key client relationships for nearly three years.

At Travel Experts, I provide Executive Support and am involved in various projects for the agency assisting with Advisory Boards, various travel conferences and supplier interactions.

My commitment is to enhance experiences and foster strong partnerships, which drives success in the industry.
