My grandfather was an adventurous global explorer and naturalist who traveled to every country in the world, starting in the 1950s. Starting at a very young age, I was totally entranced by his stories of adventure, immense natural beauty, and completely different cultures, especially in more far-flung places.

I started Piper Travel Design to enable others to be adventurous: to discover parts of the world they’ve never experienced before, try things they’d never dreamed of, and meet people from different cultures they would not otherwise have the chance to get to know. THIS is the new definition of luxury travel…meaningful, intentional, and exclusive journeys that shift how you see the world and yourself in it. It's less about visible status symbols and names, and more about immersive and extraordinary experiences.
