Hi, I'm Nathan. I first began exploring the world through food and wine. As I discovered new flavors, I also found myself wanting to know more about the regions they came from. I began watching travel shows such as "No Reservations" with Anthony Bourdain and realized that the food and drinks of a region was and expression of the people and the culture. This revelation sparked a hunger in me do whatever I could to step out of my "normal" existence and find a way to discover these destinations for myself. On this journey I hope to help as many people as I can also take that leap and see what the world has to offer!
