My passion for travel began at a young age when I found myself in China—just newly reopened to tourism. There were no cars, no skyscrapers—just a deep sense of discovery that forever shaped my view of the world. Since then, I’ve explored the globe both solo and with my family, collecting stories and connections that fuel the work I do today.

I’ve shared fermented tea leaves with tribal elders in a remote Thai jungle during a monsoon, walked the solemn sands of the WWII beaches of Normandy, and reeled in mahi mahi while deep-sea fishing off a private island in Panama.
