Her professional background in high-end diamonds and jewelry—including leadership roles with internationally recognized luxury brands and designers—sharpened her expertise in relationship management, discretion, attention to detail, and understanding the expectations of affluent clientele. A graduate gemologist educated at the Gemological Institute of America, Melissa also developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, rarity, and meaningful experiences—qualities that continue to influence her approach to luxury travel today.
