Starting as a Virtual Assistant, I worked behind the scenes at J5Travel in marketing, website design, project managing, expanding our sister company, World Cruise Advisors, and more. Yet my journey in the travel industry started working for a host agency, Gifted Travel Network. After 5 years I decided to go back to school to pursue my passion for nutrition. I have always loved food and have seen the amazing impact it can have not only in our bodies but for us when we travel.

After graduating with my Masters in Nutrition & Dietetics, J5Travel asked how I could combine my two passions. The answer felt easy. I hold a deep love for travel and nutrition so what better idea than to combine them into one theme, Wellness Travel. As a (soon to be) Registered Dietitian and travel lover, this is a niche of the travel industry we are SO happy to introduce you to. And I am so excited to be sharing the many sides of Wellness Travel with all kinds of travel styles.
