I am Claudia Goettig, and my career has been an incredible journey spanning more than three decades, marked by a relentless pursuit of creating extraordinary experiences and delivering exceptional customer service. It all began in 1993 when I took my first steps in the hospitality industry as a Business Office Concierge for the opening team of the iconic MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. In this role, I had the privilege of assisting VIP clients, setting the stage for a career built on a foundation of excellence.

In 1998, I took my talents to the aviation industry, joining Southwest Airlines in operations. My commitment to providing top-notch customer service continued to shine, even at 30,000 feet above the ground. After a fulfilling stint with Southwest Airlines, I transitioned into healthcare, dedicating ten years to the field of Hospice Care, where I had the honor of making a difference in people's lives during their most challenging times.

In 2014, I followed my passion back into the world of hospitality, assuming the role of a Hotel Concierge at the prestigious JW Marriott Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, AZ. This marked the beginning of a journey that would lead me to renowned establishments such as the St. Regis Deer Valley, Pendry Hotel Park City, and Waldorf Astoria Phoenix, where I further refined my expertise in providing exceptional guest experiences.

Even during the trying times brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, my commitment to hospitality remained unwavering. I played a pivotal role in helping a historic boutique hotel in Utah reopen and operate at a luxury level, showcasing my resilience and dedication to my craft.

During this period, I discovered a new calling – helping people travel with purpose and create lasting memories. This realization sparked the beginning of an exciting new chapter as a travel advisor, where I combine my passion for travel with my ability to make magical memories for others.
