About Me
I am a luxury travel advisor with a passion for thoughtfully designed journeys that immerse travelers in culture, history, and authentic local experiences. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, an academic background that continues to shape the way I approach travel—through storytelling, context, and a deep appreciation for place.
Before starting a family, I worked in the wine industry as a wine specialist, focusing on restaurant partnerships and staff education. That experience sharpened my attention to detail and deepened my understanding of culinary culture, an influence that now informs my love of food- and wine-focused travel throughout Europe and beyond.
I am particularly drawn to off-season travel, when destinations feel more intimate and authentic, and to river cruising, which offers an elegant, enriching way to experience multiple destinations while unpacking only once. From historic European cities to lesser-traveled regions, I enjoy curating itineraries that balance iconic highlights with meaningful, unexpected moments.
In recent years, I have remained deeply involved in my community, helping to create art programs at two preschools and running a mentor program for at-risk students at a local middle school—experiences that reflect my belief in connection, education, and shared growth.
I love to share my firsthand travel experiences with clients who value cultural immersion, genuine connections, and the lifelong friendships that often grow from traveling well. My goal is to create seamless, personalized journeys that feel both inspiring and effortless, long after the trip has ended.
