I'm Laura, a travel enthusiast and former school psychologist. I grew up in North Carolina and I discovered my love for travel planning by pitching hotels to my parents and friends. After college, I worked as a school psychologist for five years before staying at home with my two daughters.

I've always wanted to turn my travel hobby into a career and I'm thrilled that this dream became a reality when I was ready to go back to work in 2022. Now, based in Charlotte, I'm at the gateway to the Caribbean so the islands have naturally become an area of expertise. There's nothing quite like arriving at a stunning beach resort and catching that first glimpse of the sea. But the Mediterranean is my true love. I appreciate slow travel and great food and there's no better place to take it slow and eat fresh food than in a European beach town:)
