Growing up on the west coast of Canada with a family who loved to travel, Stephanie developed an appreciation for international destinations from a young age. Trips to Egypt, Europe, Central America and Asia sparked her travel bug which led her to move to Kelowna, Canada; Melbourne, Australia; and Honolulu, Hawaii. After finishing a degree in Business Management from the University of British Columbia, Stephanie joined a management program in Hawaii with Four Seasons Resorts and worked across operational hotel management roles before starting a VIP client program, which she managed for years before transitioning to a luxury travel agency and concierge firm. After gaining further experience, she founded Empress, for discerning clients looking for seamless, unique and luxurious experiences across the globe. She is based in Kona, Hawaii, and her team spans from Hawaii to Portugal, for 24 hour client coverage.
