Michelle was born in Australia, which means two things: she has an unshakable love for adventure and an Aussie sense of humor that tends to sneak into everything she does. A former professional skier, she later swapped snowy peaks for the open seas, working aboard private yachts in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. Since 2007, she’s called Peru home, adding South America to her already global story of living on four continents.

Friends and clients call her “The Enhancer”—because Michelle has a sixth sense for uncovering hidden gems, the kind of hole-in-the-wall spots that turn a trip from merely memorable to truly unforgettable. She’s also the type to carry a golf glove in her bag (because, well, you never know), strike up conversations with strangers that turn into friendships, and laugh her way through the unexpected twists of travel.
