I have been intrigued with travel ever since I was a young girl watching my dad whisk off to exotic destinations around the globe for business, thinking, "that will be me one day!" Since my early adulthood, I was the designated travel planner for my family because it was like a fun treasure hunt to me. I was also able to travel for business and learned how exciting solo trips can be, as well. I have made sure to share my love of travel with my daughter who typically celebrates her summer birthday with a trip as opposed to a party. Travel can be such a rewarding experience.
