I am Brett Horowitz, President of Olsen-O'Leary Travel and Associates, a luxury travel and incentive travel company based in Pittsburgh. In my role, I oversee the strategic direction of the agency while managing and mentoring a team of nine travel advisors who specialize in luxury leisure travel, bespoke itineraries, and complex corporate programs. A central focus of my leadership is fostering a strong, collaborative culture within the company and prioritizing continuing education for our advisors, ensuring the team remains informed, inspired, and deeply connected to the evolving landscape of global travel. My work centers on designing exceptional travel experiences for discerning clients, from once in a lifetime private journeys to highly curated corporate incentive programs around the world.
