About Me

With a background in Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from a top European business school, travel is not the typical career path of my colleagues. While I grew up traveling frequently, typically characterized by ski trips to Colorado or resorts in the Caribbean, I didn't truly fall in love with travel until a trip to an Octavian Ball in Scotland nearly a decade ago.

This newfound desire to see the world and interact with cultures different from mine led me to founding a tour company which specialized in hosting groups of young adults across 26 countries that made different cultures accessible and approachable. Through constantly scouting and hosting trips, I've been able to spend the last 5 years primarily developing relationships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa - and traveling to 85 countries while doing so. Somewhere in between I was able to become a certified Sommelier, complete an MBA in Europe at a top university, and spend 6 months consulting pro-bono in Africa.

It seems evident to me in this post-pandemic world that creating experiences that become lifelong memories has never been more important. I've had my boots on the ground in Europe for the last 5 years, and still live in Germany today. I am confident that my network of local intelligence, in addition to having personally traveled to every country in Europe several times, qualifies me to build and execute your perfect experience. As far as the details go, it's not every day that small details slip by the eyes of an engineer! :)

While I'm confident in planning trips anywhere in the world, my regions of primary focus are:

  • Europe
  • Middle East
  • Africa
  • United States (specifically National Parks and wineries)

My areas of expertise are:

  • Food and wine
  • Honeymoons, anniversaries, birthday, and babymoons
  • Golf trips
  • Ski trips
  • Safaris
  • River cruises
  • Family and group travel
  • Ancestry discovery

My expertise is wide-ranging because my curiosities are, too. I love to mix up my hobbies and try to master new ones. The things I enjoy doing most are cooking, talking about (and drinking) wine, skiing, playing golf, watching football and Cold War spy films, and reading 19th- and 20th-century literature classics (my current binge is the daunting world of Dostoyevsky).

I look forward to connecting with you and discovering how I can best serve you. The destinations led me into the travel industry, but I choose to stay for the personal relationships.
