Angie Rice is a luxury travel advisor and co-founder of Boutique Travel Advisors (a direct member agency of Virtuoso and Forbes Travel Guide-endorsed travel agency), specializing in multi-generational journeys, private group travel, and beautifully coordinated retreats for corporate teams and women’s groups. Her planning philosophy is rooted in adventure and experiential travel, with itineraries designed to help travelers build deep connections with each destination through culture, community, and authentic experiences, creating a lifetime of memories.

Angie is especially drawn to places that reward return visits, where each visit feels more personal and immersive. Italy, Croatia, and France remain enduring favorites for their ability to invite travelers back for a richer, more local experience each time. She especially enjoys guiding clients new to a destination, curating journeys where curiosity naturally leads to adventure, cultural learning, and a true sense of place, from wandering a local market and cooking with a host in their home to hiking a storied path that remains meaningful to the community.

Angie works closely with preferred suppliers, partners, and affiliates across the industry, prioritizing direct relationships with hotel leadership, tour operators, and trusted local experts to ensure every recommendation reflects true destination knowledge and thoughtful access. Recently, her travelers have continued to focus on nature, wildlife, and adventure, while also seeking the history and tradition that give a place its soul, from Antarctica expeditions and Egypt’s timeless sites to hiking the Camino de Santiago in Portugal and Spain. She has lived in Spain and travels to Turks and Caicos each year, and she particularly enjoys Austria, Spain, Costa Rica, Italy, Ireland, and the coastal regions of the United States.

Her recent travels to Japan have also opened a new connection to Asia. In the coming years, Angie plans to explore Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia and Korea to deepen her understanding of the region and expand how she curates Asia itineraries with clarity, cultural depth, and a sense of place. Angie often supports concierge-level clients with multi-year travel planning, including financial forecasting that helps families and groups travel with confidence over time.
