I have been involved in the Leisure travel business since 2002 working in Hotel and Resort management. I believed strongly as an operations executive that everyone in hospitality is responsible for creating extraordinary experiences. I decided in 2022 to shift my focus from managing experiences in one location to designing and executing full experiences starting from before a client takes off to their return home and all the magic in between.
