Hi! I’m Allison, and I plan thoughtful, highly personalized trips for travelers who are seeking adventure.

My role is to help make ambitious trips feel manageable: sorting through the options, asking the right questions, thinking through the logistics, and paying attention to the details that shape your experiences on the trip.

I’m deeply interested in responsible adventure travel – but the kind that includes a gourmet meal and a comfortable bed at the end of the day. I believe travel should support the places we visit, respect local communities and wildlife, and give travelers a deeper understanding of where they are.

While I love working with travelers in all stages of life, I especially love planning travel for families with tweens and teens, because this is such a good age to show kids the world. They are old enough to engage with history, food, wildlife, culture, and adventure, but still young enough to be surprised by it. A well-planned trip at this stage can become so much more than a vacation. It can become part of how a family sees the world together. I travel a lot with my own teen son, so I can provide many first-hand recommendations.

My favorite trips to plan tend to balance comfort, curiosity, and a little bit of awe. Some of the travels I’ve most enjoyed planning include:

• Cultural journeys through Japan and South Korea
• Outdoor adventures in Iceland, Norway, and Australia
• Awe-inspiring wildlife encounters in Kenya
• Expedition cruises to the Arctic
