NEVER TRAVEL WITHOUT:

My noise cancelling headphones. They make all the difference for the plane. Also- a refillable water bottle. I can never have enough water while traveling.

BEST FOODIE FIND:

While on a local beach in Mallorca, we ordered lunch from the beachside shack cafe: grilled swordfish + vegetables with this incredibly fresh chimichurri sauce. I salvate just thinking about it now. There was nothing fancy about it and I still try to recreate the whole meal at home. It’s never the same. Maybe because my toes aren’t in the sand at home!

TOP TRAVEL MEMORY:

Every time my son sees or does something new outside of our home “bubble.” Like when he figured out how to snorkel in the Mediterranean at 3 years old or the shouts of joy going to a Chelsea futbol game at Stamford Bridge, night swimming in our private plunge pool at Rock House or eating apples right off the tree in a New England autumn. It’s just pure magic to give him the gift of travel.
