I believe my attention to detail and caring attitude really come into play. There is nothing more fun than to work with a family, taking into consideration the needs and wishes of everyone, from small children to older teens to grandparents. My older clients tell me they love my patience and the fact that they can trust me should anything “happen” – which occurred recently when a client missed his flight (not his fault) and almost missed his cruise! But it all worked out in the end. He has already booked two more trips with me!
