Due to Krista’s love of art and travel she started her career in February of 2002 after graduating from Ambassador’s Travel School and joining Ambassador Travel’s amazing staff. When asked if she has a favorite destination, she will tell you all of them as she feels every time that she travels her heart and soul are forever changed. She believes that when traveling you should not only visit the sites, but you should also learn the history, embrace the culture, and get to know the people. If you do not embrace it all you have not truly traveled.

Although she does not have favorites some of the destinations that changed her the most are Costa Rica, especially within the interior around the Arenal Volcano, rain forest and Monte Verde cloud forest. She was also in awe when she visited Spain’s Andalucía region and Italy’s Tuscan region and Rome, which she plans on going back to both destinations, not only to the same areas, but also to visit other regions within both countries.

Besides Costa Rica and European destinations Krista has visited many tropical destinations within the Caribbean, Mexico, and US on personal travel or by touring the different resorts on business trips within the destinations. She is a Certified Sandals Specialist and built her career as a Honeymoon and Destination Wedding Specialist, which has evolved into family travel and multi-generational travel throughout the years as her client’s family dynamics have changed. She truly cares about her clients and enjoys helping them to experience the world!
