I loved travel from an early age. My family was a road tripping family. We would pile in the family van and take 2 week road trips around the western USA. My Dad gave me an old Rand McNally Atlas and a highlighter and I would trace our route as we went. Some of my best childhood memories are from traveling.

As an adult, I continued to travel, but gradually more through the air and less by car. I worked in college athletics for 10+ years. I traveled quite a bit for work in those days. Mostly to smaller college towns. But, I discovered some great off the beaten road places in those days.

I then moved on to a Business Consultant position with a software company. I had extensive travel for work in that position. Accumulating large amounts of air miles and hotel points, I began traveling over seas more Europe, Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean. Many times bookending cruises with stays in some great cities.

I took a few years off to be a stay at home dad. As my children have grown, I was able to begin including them in our travels. I have always wanted to own my own business. That dream and travel came together when I became a travel agent focused on tailor-made family travel.

My focus is designing exclusive family travel experiences for busy families.
