About Me
For as long as I can remember, food, cooking and learning about cultures through cuisine, history and design have been my passions. Whether sampling oysters and mussels pulled fresh from the sea in Croatia, to hiking alongside ancient levadas that carry mountain water to the dry side of Madeira, to experiencing the spectacular architecture of Luis Barragan in Mexico, to learning about graffiti art in Tel Aviv; travel is about sampling and understanding local customs. As a trained chef with 20+ years of food-industry experience, I am especially interested in planning journeys through this lens. I look forward to working with you on memorable trips to places near and far.
