After college, I worked at Walt Disney World, where I spent a decade cultivating a deep understanding of exceptional customer service and immersive travel experiences.

After relocating to Colorado, I worked at Molson Coors Brewing Company, where I traveled extensively to support sales teams nationwide.

Throughout these years, I found myself continually drawn to planning travel - designing personalized itineraries for my family as well as for friends and co-workers.

What began as a passion naturally evolved, leading to the creation of Vacations by Gretchen.

As a travel advisor and owner for nearly 15 years, I've now traveled to every continent and am an agency award winner as well as recognized as a top Virtuoso advisor.
